Returns

We pride ourselves in providing the highest standards of service and satisfaction to our customers. Therefore, we guarantee, without reservation, all merchandise ordered from our online store, just as we do from our retail locations. If you are not pleased with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for refund or replacement. Returns should be addressed to:

Order Processing

We process orders daily, and with few exceptions, ship them out within 1 or 2 working days of their receipt. When delivery is delayed for any reason, or part shipment is made, we will send you a confirmation of your order with an anticipated delivery date. We do not charge your credit card until merchandise is shipped. Shippers pick up from our store daily, usually around 3:00 pm Central Time.

Backorders

Regardless of how professionally we anticipate our inventory needs, there are times when merchandise is backordered. If an item you order is backordered, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change the order, cancel the order or wait for the merchandise to arrive.

Alterations

Our alterations shop is staffed by the best tailors and seamstresses in the city, each with decades of experience. We rely on them every day to tailor our ready-made clothing for each individual customer, and we are proud to offer free alterations for the life of any garment bought at Perlis. Even if your body has changed a little, you shouldn’t have to throw out your clothes. This service is tied to our philosophy of always helping our customers look their best, and no job is too small. We can repair linings, replace lost buttons, or taper your shirts. Our turnaround is usually a week, but we understand that sometimes situations arise where time is short and we are prepared to rush the completion of your alterations without sacrificing quality. Perlis is also happy to tailor clothing bought at other stores for a reasonable fee.
