Therefore, we guarantee, without reservation, all merchandise ordered from our online store, just as we do from our retail locations. ORDER PROCESSING
We process orders daily, and with few exceptions, ship them out within 1 or 2 working days of their receipt. When delivery is delayed for any reason, or part shipment is made, we will send you a confirmation of your order with an anticipated delivery date. No order placed after 9am will get shipped that day-with some exceptions. We do not charge your credit card until merchandise is shipped. UPS pick up from our store is usually 3pm.
BACKORDERS
Regardless of how professionally we anticipate our inventory needs, there are times when merchandise is backordered. If an item you order is backordered, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change the order, cancel the order or wait for the merchandise to arrive. |
