Our Crawfish logo first appeared on a polo shirt in the 1970s, and it has become a classic New Orleans icon. In 1980 the Crawfish trademark was registered and by 1982 the Crawfish had become an integral part of our business. Though everyone in Southeastern Louisiana is familiar with the tasty crawfish, we’ve found that people throughout the country wear the logo proudly in their home states as well.
